NorthPark
Built in the late 1990’s to early 2000’s, Valencia NorthPark is located just north of the Valencia Northbridge development off McBean Parkway and extends up to Copper Hill Drive. The NorthPark development spans both sides of McBean Parkway and is accessed primarily via NorthPark Drive, Sunset Hills Drive and Skycrest Circle Drive. The neighborhoods of Hartford, Mayfair and Wildrose are accessed via Calex Drive and Mayfair Drive. Residents of the Valencia NorthPark area enjoy the use of the community recreation center, pools, spas, tennis courts, basketball courts, parks and paseos.
Like most Valencia development areas, NorthPark is a master planned community made up of different tracts, with a selection of single family homes, detached condos and townhomes.

Single family homes built by Richmond American Homes, 3-6 bedrooms, 2,297 to 2,589sf, downstairs laundry and 3-car direct access garages. These homes featured optional loft and office space, so the floorplans may vary somewhat.
Huntington at Valencia NorthPark
Single family homes built by West Venture Homes, 3-4 bedrooms, 1,722 to 2,173sf, downstairs laundry and 2-car direct access garages. Architectural styles include Traditional, Mission and Craftsman.
Mayfair at Valencia NorthPark
Single family homes by John Laing Homes built courtyard-style, 2-3 bedrooms, 1,205 to 1,450sf, garage or indoor laundry (per plan) and 2-car direct access garages. Mayfair has a separate Homeowners Association and separate amenities from the rest of Valencia NorthPark.
Nouvelle at Valencia NorthPark
Single family homes by Warmington Homes built PUD-style, some attached at the garages only and others are completely detached. No living quarters are attached on these homes. 3-4 bedrooms, 1,484 to 1,805sf, indoor laundry and 2-car direct access garages.
Wildrose at Valencia NorthPark
Single family homes by Centex Homes, 3-4 bedrooms, 1,748 to 2,150sf, indoor laundry and 2-car direct access garages.
