Copperhill Valencia is actually made up of two distinct development areas: Alta Vista and Copperhill.
The majority of the Alta Vista homes are situated atop a terraced hillside overlooking the Santa Clarita Valley. This neighborhood features cul-de-sac streets and a centrally-located recreation center, as well as access to the Valencia paseo system.
Copperhill Valencia is a collection of single family homes, townhomes and detached townhomes located off Decoro Drive and Copperstone Drive, near Valencia High School.
