Bridgeport is Valencia’s first lake-oriented community, located in the center of Valencia adjacent to McBean Parkway and Newhall Ranch Road. This lake-oriented community of single family homes, townhomes and condos was designed with many homes along the lake and water inlets, and includes homes on both sides of McBean Parkway.

Residents of Bridgeport Valencia enjoy walks along the lake and inlets and a resort-like recreation center with pool and spa as well as peaceful paddle boat rides.
